Co-founder

BAILE RAJESHWARRAO

Baile Rajeshwarrao, Co-founder of Aitareya Infra LLP, is a professional with a B.Tech degree and over a decade of experience in construction and real estate development. He brings strong technical expertise and hands-on execution capabilities, contributing significantly to the organization’s quality standards and project delivery excellence.

He began his career with Alekhya Constructions Pvt. Ltd. (2010–2017), contributing to large-scale residential and commercial projects. He later worked with Konfido Advisors Private Limited (2017–2021), where he was involved in project advisory, feasibility analysis, and execution planning. He also handled private civil construction contracts during 2021–2022.

He continues to leverage his extensive experience and technical expertise to drive Aitareya Infra LLP’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and timely project delivery, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and reputation in the real estate and construction sector.
